Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy
We want your experience with us to be as smooth and seamless as possible. If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may ship it back to us postmarked within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
Please note that because our products are small-batch, natural items, certain exclusions apply. Please read our full policy below before sending items back.
Discrepancies, Damages, & Shortages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package contains any broken merchandise, shortages, or mistakes, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests for refunds, replacements, or compensation after this 30-day window has passed.

Policy Restrictions & Exclusions
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following safety and quality criteria:

Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be issued for the unused, physical portion of the product that is safely returned to us.

No Alterations: We cannot accept returns on products that have been mixed, blended, or altered with other ingredients. Items must be returned in the exact form they were purchased.

Exchanges & Credits: We do not offer product exchanges, nor can we issue store credits for use at our local physical market booths.

Bulk & Extract Safety Seals: For safety and hygiene compliance, we do not accept returns on opened large-size liquid items (such as bulk herbal extracts, bitters, or essential oils). The tamper-evident safety seal on these specific items must remain unbroken to qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Shipping: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or leakage that occurs if a package is forwarded or re-shipped to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided at checkout.
Please Note: Please do not send back products that do not meet the criteria listed above. We are unable to issue refunds for non-qualifying items, and we cannot ship non-returnable items back to you.
